Keep Those Cell Phones Away From Your Heart!

Keep Those Cell Phones Away From Your Heart!

So, here we are eating right, exercising, slathering on sun block, forsaking plastic wrap and containers, meditating, practicing yoga, avoiding stressful people—”and we wind up with allergies,  premature hair loss, restless sleep, irritability, compromised immune systems, heart attacks,  and breast cancer.” Why?

According to Phyllis Light, PHD in April, 2018 NYC/ Tri-State Edition of Wisdom “Health Challenges in a Frequency Filled World” the cause is clear and simple: “ever-present electronic devices pound people, places and things with EMFs -Electro Magnetic Frequencies-that negate our efforts to keep ourselves and our families healthy.

“Computers, smart phones and other hand-held devices, overhead TV and radio broadcasts,  GPS, various electric and electronic machines are constant sources of EMFs while we are awake, as well as when we sleep.

“Women and men are warned: do not carry your phone in your bra or breast pocket of your shirt or jacket. Studies indicate increases in breast cancer and heart attacks as a result of this habit”.

It’s very difficult not to take advantage of modern technology in everyday life and it’s certainly not feasible to give up its advantages. What to do? Don’t surround yourself unnecessarily during the day and at night with the sources of EMFs. Keep your environment as clear as possible. Look around. What can you turn off? What can be moved to another room while you’re sleeping? Check out the kids’ rooms. Does that robot have to be in a state of readiness all night? Does that cell phone have to be right next to your head on the night stand?

Please let me know how you do. I’d love to hear from you

I wish you all a life inspired by the wonder of the world around us. May you find and live your truth, in harmony with people, nature and the environment. May you be a force for good and a source of love and comfort. May the world be a better place for you having lived and loved here.
